Welcome to Secure Vault. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Secure Vault mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Secure Vault, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Secure Vault is a password and credential management service designed to help users securely store and manage passwords, login credentials, secure notes, and other private information.
The Service may include mobile applications, web interfaces, account management features, encrypted vault functionality, security tools, notifications, customer support, and other related features.
You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements applicable in your country or jurisdiction to use Secure Vault.
If you are not legally permitted to use the Service under applicable law, you must not create an account or use Secure Vault.
If you are using Secure Vault on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Certain features require you to create a Secure Vault account.
You agree to provide accurate and reasonably up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login credentials, recovery information, and devices used to access the Service.
You must notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
Secure Vault may use email or phone verification and one-time passwords (OTPs) as part of registration, authentication, account recovery, security verification, or other account-related processes.
OTPs are temporary verification codes and should not be shared with anyone.
We may apply rate limits, verification requirements, security checks, or temporary restrictions to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
Secure Vault allows you to store passwords, credentials, secure notes, and related information in your vault.
You are responsible for the information that you choose to store in your vault and for ensuring that you have the right to store and use that information.
You must not use Secure Vault to store or distribute information that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Secure Vault uses encryption and security controls designed to protect sensitive vault information.
You understand that encrypted information may become inaccessible if required authentication or recovery information is permanently lost and no supported recovery mechanism is available.
You are responsible for keeping your authentication and recovery information secure.
We cannot guarantee that any security system will be completely immune from unauthorized access, security vulnerabilities, or other security incidents.
Secure Vault may provide recovery credentials or recovery mechanisms to help you regain access to your account or vault.
Recovery information should be treated as highly sensitive information and must be kept secure.
You should not share your recovery information with another person unless you fully understand the associated security risks.
Depending on the recovery architecture and security controls of the Service, losing required recovery information may prevent access to encrypted vault data.

Secure Vault may provide functionality that allows users to share credential information or other content.
You are solely responsible for deciding what information you share and with whom you share it.
You should never share passwords, authentication codes, recovery credentials, or other sensitive information with a person or service that you do not trust.
Secure Vault may send transactional, security, account, support, or other service-related notifications through email, SMS, push notifications, or other supported communication methods.
Some notifications may be necessary for account security or operation of the Service and may not be disabled while the related feature is being used.
Secure Vault may display advertisements through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
Advertisements may include banner, native, interstitial, and app-open advertisements depending on the configuration of the Service.
Advertising providers may process information in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Your use of advertising-supported portions of the Service is also subject to applicable advertising platform policies.
Secure Vault may integrate third-party services for functionality such as analytics, push notifications, email delivery, SMS/OTP delivery, advertising, infrastructure, security, and other services.
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of third-party services may therefore also be subject to the terms applicable to those services.
Secure Vault and its associated software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, content, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works from the Service or its protected components.
We aim to keep Secure Vault available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, network problems, security incidents, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, improve, add, remove, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or information regarding the reason for a restriction.
You may request deletion of your Secure Vault account using the account deletion functionality provided by the Service.
Account deletion may permanently remove your account, vault data, devices, and associated information in accordance with our deletion process.
Account deletion may be permanent and encrypted vault information may not be recoverable after deletion.
Before deleting your account, you should ensure that you have exported or otherwise secured any information that you are legally entitled to retain.
Your use of Secure Vault is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and process information.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to attempt to compromise or bypass the security protections implemented by Secure Vault.
This includes attempting to bypass authentication, encryption, application security controls, rate limits, access controls, or other security mechanisms.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to our support team rather than exploiting it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Secure Vault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always meet every particular requirement, operate without interruption, or be completely free from errors or security vulnerabilities.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups or other copies of information that you are legally entitled to retain and that you consider important.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Secure Vault and its operators, employees, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, technology, legal requirements, or our business practices.
When material changes are made, we may update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice where required.
